OUR STORY
Cap Wellness Lounge auf Mallorca since 1999
CAP Wellness Lounge was born in 1999 in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca, as the beginning of a personal and professional dream.
Having grown up surrounded by the world of hairdressing — my parents were also in the profession — my wife Silke and I decided, with our newborn son, to take a bold step: start a new life on the island and create our own space dedicated to beauty and wellbeing.
Our first salon was located in Plaça Nova, the starting point where we began building what CAP is today. Over time, we evolved, grew alongside our clients, and moved to a larger space on Isaac Peral Street. In 2018, we took another leap forward and opened our current salon on Llevant Street — designed as a true oasis where every detail is crafted to offer a unique experience.
Today, CAP Wellness Lounge welcomes an international clientele with high expectations, and we are proud to provide a level of service comparable to the best salons in London, Munich, or Barcelona. But for us, the true value lies in creating a place where you feel good, heard, and cared for.

Silke HÜLSER
Co-founder and Director of CAP Wellness Lounge
Silke is the soul of the salon: she leads the technical team with dedication and oversees every operational aspect of daily life. An international trainer and specialist in Hairdreams, she has over 20 years of experience in hair extensions and thickening. Her goal is to highlight the individual beauty of each person by combining sensitivity, technical precision, and a refined sense of style and personality.
Vanessa COMPANY
Color Specialist
A professional stylist since 2010 with a strong dedication to service. Specialized in coloring techniques such as balayage and highlights, she stands out for her precision and passion. Her ability to connect with clients allows her to understand their desires and create looks that authentically and naturally reflect their best selves.
Benedetto "Benny" ASCIUTTO
Hairdresser and Stylist
Trained as a professional stylist in Italy, he has developed his career in cities like Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, including his role as a technical advisor for Erayba. His approach is to offer personalized service to those who value quality, attention to detail, and authentic style. His goal: for you to leave the salon looking as you dreamed—or even better—with confidence, personality, and hair full of health and shine.

Specialist in aesthetics and manicure & pedicure
A professional in aesthetics and personal image with over 10 years of experience, she offers meticulous, personalized hand and foot care in a relaxed and safe environment. Passionate about fashion, trends, and well-being, her goal is for each client to feel pampered and radiant.
Luciana "Lula" LASSALLE
Salon Manager & Assistant
Lula is the operational heart of the salon. She ensures the wellbeing of both the team and our clients, supporting them at every step — from the first contact to the farewell. Her presence guarantees a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience.
